Frank Hames

Frank has been aboard the Good Ship Nido since 2004, and comes from a background encompassing customer services and marketing, in industries as diverse as property, lifts, escalators and mountain bikes.

Frank is Nido’s Operations Manager. He oversees the allocation & scheduling of work, the delivery of our services to clients, mentors our campaign managers, and also heads up our research, IT & database operations. He drinks a lot of coffee.

What Frank enjoys best about working at Nido is being an integral part of a closely-knit team who all have a say in the running of the business and who all work hard at making our company the best at what we do.

He is the proud owner of two young sons and when away from work he can mainly be found at their beck and call. On the odd occasion when he does manage to slip away from them, he can generally be found riding one of his bikes around Sussex or burying himself in his ever-expanding collection of vintage vinyl.

Frank’s favourite word is ‘plinth’.
