Since leaving university Ollie has held positions in the telecoms, finance and leisure sectors. After gaining good experience in sales and customer service environments, he moved on to join the Nido team in the summer of 2005.
Ollie’s varied role at Nido involves managing, overseeing and undertaking telemarketing projects with a range of clients. This includes holding regular meetings with new and existing clients, generating reports and delivery. Ollie also enjoys helping other consultants develop in their roles and trains new additions to the team.
If that’s not enough he also sources database information along with providing continual interaction and communication with a wide-ranging and interesting client base.

This was the first survey of our membership and we chose Nido because they came highly recommended. Nido’s business values match our own so we were not surprised that we worked well together. There were 2 preliminary meetings between our marketing adviser and Nido management including the staff that would be carrying out the telephone survey. It was important that the aims and culture of SCDF were fully understood and the results obtained showed clearly that this was the case.
